Hi Drew,

I have a pear of AirPods, and they don’t have a physical volume control in the earbuds. I use them on an Android device. However, you can change the volume using siri when using them with IOS.

The AirPods do not block outside sounds, so I am not sure if that is a feature that you are looking for.

They are very comfortable. If the standard Apple earbuds fit you well, the AirPods are the same.

Sound quality wise, they are okay, but nothing extraordinary.
