[Electronics-Talk] New Satellite radio desperately needed

Hi, Tracy, this is me Arlene writing back to you on Wayne's computer. The xm
app is little clunkier than it use to be, and of all channels, just the one
you want, we can't get it on the app either, we can get channel 219 on the
radio just fine. Wayne is doing everything right, as right as he can be with
searching the channels, with any other channels he goes too, that will play.
Then I thought we should try some of the other sports stations, so I told
Wayne to try channel208, and when he searched it, the result was it saying
channel 92, which didn't play. Now the strange thing about that, when I
copied the channel guide some time ago,
it has in that part of the channel guide, channel 184, and then the next
channel number after channel 184 is channel 204, which starts with the
sports stations. So we've got to find out about why we don't get channel 201
on the app. I don't know right now if we get channel 201 on the radio which
is something I'll check on, and if we don't get channel 201 on the radio
when we call xm, we'll ask why we can't get that too, that's if we can't get
it on the radio, and why we can't get both channels 201 and 219 on the app.
Anyway he tried channel 204 and that worked. Now he was able to read the pop
up message when he searched 219 on another one of our se phones and it says
that it's unavailable. We found the pop up on the other phone and couldn't
seem to read the pop up. We're going to work on this more to find out why we
can't get itand we'll let you know what we find out. If there's anything
else we could help you with about this or if you think of anything you want
us to try we'll do that. I almost forgot, we're going to see if we could get
both these channels online on the xm web page, because there's a number of
channels that are only available online on the web site. It's so
frustrating when you really want to be able to get a radio station like in
this situation. I was almost beginning to think we wouldn't be able to get
any of the sports stations on the app.

Arlene
