I've got a fire stick. Let me help.

Right below the circular ring on the remote is a row of 3 buttons. The 
one on the left is back, and the one on the right is menu.

Push and hold both of these as the same time for about 4 to 5 seconds, 
then release.

This will turn on Voiceview.
