I don't think most of the Samsung phones have physical keyboards anymore, 
but I'll let Chris speak to that.

If you want a phone with a physical keyboard, I think your best bet is to 
consider Blackberry. Their latest phone with a physical keyboard is the 
Key2. That phone will definitely let you use Aira. I'd like to do more 
research as I'm a big keyboard user myself. There's also another phone 
shipping in September called the F(xtec Pro1 but it comes from Europe. I'm 
thinking of purchasing it since it has an 835 processor and a decent 
camera.
