[Electronics-Talk] Use or At Least Set Up Fire Stick TV

Not a computer that I know of.  It is accessible to set up.

            I bought a fire stick TV for someone else but want to set it up
for them. From what little research I have done, it does not seem to be
possible to connect it to a computer. Is there an accessible way to do this?
