This is Tim from Forum Research, we spoke on the phone earlier today.
First
of all I really appreciate you agreeing to help with this project. As
discussed, below is a brief description of the research project, I?ve also
attached a job ad. If you can help me forward this info to the relevant
people/boards that?d be very helpful. Please note that we are conducting a
pilot project that will only involve 18 people, however in January 2020 we
will be commencing a full scale project that will require a lot more
people.


 

 

In partnership with the government of Canada, Forum Research is launching
a
nation-wide audit of telecommunications providers in Canada.

Our team of Blind and/or Deaf Mystery Shoppers will conduct a ?shop?
either
in person, over-the-phone, or online, and afterwards document their
experience of the sales process.  People of all varying degrees of
disabilities are welcome, and the information you collect will influence
policy decisions for the industry in Canada.

 

A typical shop takes less than 1 hour and you?ll earn $70-$80 per shop!
