Hi,
This works great for blind people, I myself have one and I also know quite a few other blind people that have one also.
The most important thing that you have to do though is, buy the one that is Wi-Fi and Bluetooth compatible.
Then you can completely control the whole thing with your phone app, if you have an iPhone.
The top part of it the pressure cooker part is extremely safe, you cannot open it if the pressure is not released.

There are a lot of recipes online, and I for one, use mine a lot for a lot of different things.
