Hi,
You could use an overlay with dots for lets say the keypad in the
phone app or like others have said, the "F", "J", and other main
function buttons. These would work in certain situations but the phone
screen is of course dynamic meaning it is constantly changing
dependent on which application you are using. Some apps will also
force you to use the device in either landscape or portrait mode
meaning that your tactile dots for the keyboard may not always align
to the on screen keyboard. I have heard of many people using a mini
bluetooth keyboard and there are also cases with a slide out keyboard
that fit some iPhones. These can be helpful but make the phone more
bulky and cumbersome to use at times.
