HI Suzie, I haven't checked my NetFlix account in a while, but I think the
settings for descriptive audio come up when you start playing a movie. I
believe there are options for audio, closed captioning etc. I've been using
my Amazon prime more lately as there are some interesting shows and movies
on right now.
