FWIW, we don't have an accessible TV, but our cable provider created
accessibility software for their system that speaks everything I need to
know, except for error messages that might come on before the software
becomes active.  The cable guy set it all up, and gave us a remote to
access all the features.  I really like it.  It's by far the most
accessible TV experience I've ever had.
