Probably. I'd think you'd either have to download the individual 
app/channels, or, if you really want to do this specifically with 
Youtube, you'd probably have to get Youtube TV, which isn't free, 
lamentably.

I could stand corrected, but this is at least my knowledge, and I'm 
quite familiar with the Amazon Fire TV lineup of products.
