Of corse! If you open the app store, you should be able to download and
install them. Now, what I don't know is, some of the apps, you might
possibly have to pay for a monthly subscription to get at their content. 
That being said, most things locally like CBS, Fox, NBC, ABC, etc, as far as
I know you shouldn't have to do that. You should most likely be able to just
install them, and they just work. Keep in mind, same as anything,
accessibility might vary from app to app. I don't have any of those you
mentioned installed, so right now, I can't easily test.

If you can't get it working, let us know, and maybe tomorrow, I can give
things a try on my end, and even get with you privately off list and help
you over the phone, if that be necessary.

I'm willing to help. It's just, me not having them installed makes it
slightly more difficult. I'm willing though to install them to test as a
last resort.
