[Electronics-Talk] Jaws and Orbit Reader

Hi.
I did look at the user guide, but it wasn't all that helpful. It seems a bit out-of-date. Though keeping up with every release of Jaws would be a hassle.

Dear Tracy:

I imagine you can use the Orbit reader with JAWS. I have used an Orbit Reader before, but not as a Braille display in JAWS. I am assuming that the same drivers that would work in JAWS 2018 would also work in 2019. I would look into the manuals at http://tech.aph.org/or20 for more information about this.
Do you know how to switch from the stand-alone mode to the Braille Display mode in the unit? I have a document which I've created for my School District in which I've worked as a student teacher about this Orbit Reader, if you would like I would be more than glad to supply it to you.

Good luck with this.
Sincerely,
Humberto
