[Electronics-Talk] Ring 2 Video Doorbell

Does anyone have the Ring 2 video doorbell?  I just got it and what I have
found minimally playing around with it is when someone rings the doorbell,
the message disappears rather rapidly. How do you get to the various
headings so that you can answer and communicate with whoever is at the door?
Any explanation would be very much appreciated.
