Hi Holly,  Thanks much for this explanation.  What exactly is the Echo Spot?
I have lots of other Echo devices?  Thank you.

Hi Sherry:

When you get the ring notice, then double tap on the notice.  This will open
the ring app.  On the top left, below the status bar, there are two buttons.

You will have to run you finger along the edge and you will hear voice over
announce the 'end call' button first.  Just below that is the 'accept call' 
button.  Double tap on this and you will be able to open the line of
communication to the doorbell and talk to the person there.

I have found that this is a bit time consuming though.  I decide to order
the echo spot.  It connects to the doorbell and you can talk to the door
immediately by just saying to the echo, 'talk to the back door, or whatever
you named it in your settings.
