I recommend the igrill.  I use probes in the meet and an air temp probe for the smoker.  The standard igrill supports up to four probes. connects via bluetooth to your iphone or ipad.
works with voiceover.
only adaptation I did was to put lockdots on the buttons as the display / front panel is flat.
