Oh okay, Pam, hopefully someone can help you with it. Which carrier is the
phone for? If it's with t-mobile, possibly you could take to the store so
possibly someone could help you with it. Another thing, I may have heard a
podcast about it, most likely when they were telling about the phone.
Possibly by now there's some other podcasts now, so anyone can see how it is
to work the phone. If you know the guy you bought the stuff from maybe he
can tell you more information or help you with putting the battery in. I'm
not good at all that either. I just wish I could think of someone to help
you amoungst the people we know, that's if you want to activate it at some
point.
