Pam, I know what you mean about different store sales people, that kind of
makes me hessitant at times too. We got to know this one sales guy at the
verizon store that I purchased my 2 verizon phones from. Eventually he moved
back to Wisconsin where he's originall from which was great for him, but
it's sad for us. When you get to know someone so helpful and someone that
makes you feel so confortable. He gave us the instructions to turn the
speech on for both phones, he was just really great. I hope you could find
someone to help you with the phone, it really does sound like a great phone.
