Really? Did they change what happens when you call them? I haven't called
them in a while, and I always got a live person to help me. I do notice
that the site is different, now, and I have trouble navigating on it. Pam.

Subject: [Electronics-Talk] Amazon Accessibility Question

Is there a way to contact Amazon accessibility besides the disability
line? All they do is transfer you to Echo, Kindle support, etc. When I
asked them if they had an email address for an accessibility team, I was
told no. I personally don't see the purpose of the disability line if all
they
do is take care of package issues or transfer you to someone who does not
know about accessibility features in specific products. If I'm missing
something here, please let me know. Any thoughts?
