Can you tell me how you set it? I am totally blind and need to know if it
has buttons or a dial and if a touch panel, if it can be marked.

I have the Cooks Essentials 5 Quart Air Fryer, it is very accessible and it
is available from QVC It doesn't have bluetooth.
