Apple has released new user guides for all of its software platforms that
have received updates. These are free, and once you download them, they
will continue to be updated as software updates become available. For
example, you will see that the iPhone user guide is for iOS 13.1, but once
13.2 is out, the book will be updated for that. Below are all links to
