I hope you know your phone's layout.  'cause I know nothing about this 
phone.  I just did what most folks do.  Google the question: How to adjust 
the volume on the z2332cc
This is what I came up with.

2. Select Edit. 3. Highlight Phone ringtone or Default notification sound, 
and press the. OK Key. ... Press left or right on the 4-way Navigation Key 
to adjust the volume.
