Hi Amy,

This sounds interesting, but you didn't give the time zone.  I'm assuming that because the agency is in California, it is the Pacific time zone.  Please clarify for those on the east coast.  Thank you.

Hi Everyone,

Come and join us on August 7th from 10:00 – 11:30 am for our first Tech it Out with Vista meeting. Using the Zoom platform, we will have a video presentation and discussion about Amazon’s Echo Show. We will hear about the features specifically designed for the visually impaired, such as the Show and Tell feature which allows the smart speaker's camera to recognize household pantry items. Users simply hold the item up to the display screen and ask, "Alexa, what am I holding?" and she will tell you what it is and other helpful information about the product. This is an exciting feature for all of us who are blind and visually impaired. We will have a special guest from Amazon, David Frerichs, Principal Solutions Engineer
