What's the big deal?  I have seen air fryers with mechanical controls for under $50. This is the same company that sells a talking toaster oven for $349, when you can buy one with mechanical controls that is equally as accessible for about $30. And for about $80, you can buy a combination toaster oven/air fryer with mechanical controls.
