An update on direct TV accessibility.

My sister and I called Direct TV  tech support. We were told that the 
talking guide is only on the main Genie boxes, but not on the smaller 
Genie mini boxes. does anyone know if this is correct? Our issue has been 
escalated, but we've been getting people from a different country, so I 
don't have much hope.
