[Electronics-Talk] Accessible flat top stoves

Most modern gas stoves now have electronic ignition. You can easily
hear the "sparker" going and can hear the difference between unlit gas
and when the burner lights. I prefer the gas stove because I can hear
the level of the burner. There is a clear audible difference between
a burner running on high and low. But that's just my preference, YMMV

All that said, my wish item is an induction flat top range for the
faster heat up and ability to simmer very low.
