Thanks for your feedback on how to accomplish this, Robin, and I feel as many of us surely feel, that we shouldn’t have to do the screen reader but at least we now have NVDA.

Hi,
Yes there are stars that are to be selected. It's been my experience that NVDA can find them but JFW does not if they aren't selected or are selected wrongly your feedback won't be as one would wish. Jaws finds an x but interacting with that simply makes the ability to leave feedback for that transaction disappear. So if you have NVDA give it a whirl. It's a shame we must do the screen reader samba as I call it switching back and forth but good that we at least can. I did not try it in any browser with Narrator at this point in time.
I reported it too via their help feed on Twitter to no avail so far again. I'm sorry they don't have a dedicated Twitter feed for #Accessibility issues or a direct email to that department.
Take good care.

Has anyone been able to rate a transaction/seller in the Amazon Marketplace
using Jaws? I chose "excellent" from the links in the Amazon email I got
asking me to rate a seller, checked "Yes" for "product as described", made
some comments, and tried to submit, but it says I didn't choose a rating. I
don't see any ratings on the webpage.
Am I missing something, or is this part of Amazon not accessible?
I have been able to review products with no trouble, but I've never been
able to rate a seller.
