[Electronics-Talk] downloading podcasts from i-tunes or other sources

Dear list,

I just purchased a set of Aftershokz Xtrainers which are their water proof
model for swimming. Since Bluetooth doesn't work underwater, these headsets
are mp3. I'm trying to figure out how to download podcasts and or music from
I-tunes/ i-cloud on my computer and can't figure out how to use either to
search for podcasts and or music. I haven't used either of these before as I
have used my iphone for this stuff and any help is greatly appreciated so I
can use my new headphones. Thanks!!
