Hi all,
I got my TV set up but soon as we did the VoiceView tutorial the remote stopped working properly. It's not letting me go up and down in the menus but keeps cycling thru naviagational elements, like character, word, sentence, and element. How do I get past this? I can't even turn Voiceview off. Thanks for any help. I have the Insignia Fire TV.
