Hi. I have this one. https://www.amazon.com/COSORI-1700-Watt-Programmable-Roasting-Touchscreen/dp/B07VLKMMJ5
I love it. I control it with the vesync app. I love mine. I bought this bottle to hold olive oil so I can spray the basket and the foods I cook with. Evo Oil Sprayer Bottle, Non-Aerosol for Olive Oil and Cooking Oils, 18-ounce Capacity https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FMXG8XI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apip_SUjr6mROZheJh
I did hook my Echo up to my air fryer but never used it with Alexa. I love how I can control it with my phone. I also love how big mine is. We could cook 3 chicken quarters in ours. Roasted broccoli is very amazing in it as well. I just sprinkle salt and garlic powder on frozen broccoli, spray it with EVOO, and air fried it at 360 for 18 minutes.
Hope this helps. Shoot me an email if you still have questions.
