[Electronics-Talk] digital TV Accessibility

Other differences are that with the cube, you can just talk to Alexa and get results like you can on the Echo due to the fact that there is an actual Echo built right in. There’s also a built-in speaker in the cube. That’s useful for circumstances where you want something from Alexa but you don’t want to fire up your entire home theater system to get it. I find the price of the cube well worth it. Not saying the FireStick is no good: but, bear in mind that with the non 4K FireStick, you’re bound to get sluggish behavior after a little bit because your only working with about 8GB raw memory and with apps installed the practical usable amount drops quickly down to roughly 2.25 or less. With the cube, this is not a problem.
I will never apologize for my Whiteness, my Catholicism or my Southernness

This tends to cause the stick to slow down rather badly especially when you’re trying to navigate real fast. Most likely, the 16GB 4K FireStick would be snappier but why not go all the way with the upgrade. You’ll have fewer crashes on the cube too. At first though, the cube takes a lot more updating when you first install it but it’s totally worth it. You will need your own HDMI cable if you’re going to use the cube But I happen to think the cube is the way I should have gone to start with.
