Maybe so -- but this app supports multiple products, and Smart Homes, so that should give it more longevity.

The only thing about having your washer and dryer app controlled. The company is going to stop supporting the app before the washer and dryer is no good. Just a thought they keep in mind.

There was something on youtube about a blind woman who got some lg outfit that was unusable and she got them to make the app so that she could control the machine with it, but also the app on the phone was speaking when she used controls on the machine itself so she'd know what she was doing. It had a braille overlay they shipped her. Anyone know where to find that video?

I don’t remember seeing any Samsung‘s and she didn’t have any knowledge of Apps.I guess the moral of the story is finding a large store that carries multiple products and they are some customer service people who are knowledgeable and care about the products that they sell.
