I also have one of these and can agree that it has great sound and very
accessible. I purchased mine about 8 months ago from amazon and paid aprox
$40 including tax in CA.

I really like my
Tribit XSound Go Bluetooth Speakers - 12W Portable Speaker Loud Stereo
Sound, Rich Bass, IPX7 Waterproof, 24 Hour Playtime, 66 ft Bluetooth Range

It has easily identifiable buttons with different shapes and markings. The
on/off and Bluetooth on/off make a noise so you know what's happened. It
announces when its battery is low. It's very sturdy, has good Bluetooth
range, and good battery life. And it was way less than $100, though I
neglected to look at the price when I checked my Amazon order for the name.

I have a JBL Go 2, it's got a rich and bassy sound for the size (works
especially well with screenreader voices), sturdily designed and waterproof,
with multiple connection options (bluetooth, or a 3.5mm headphone jack, in
case you are using a computer without BT). From an accessibility standpoint,
it doesn't talk or anything, but there are only a few buttons, all
differently shaped, as well as some sound effects and an online manual, so
will probably take less than half an hour to learn.
