You can enable speech on both of the models of the phones that Consumer
Cellular offers.
They are android Based and you would just go to Settings and accessibility
so it would likely require sighted assistance initially. It takes just a
couple of minutes to enable though.

No, the Lively Flip does not have built-in speech to navigate the
menus. However, it does have Alexa built in, which, once enabled, can
be used to place calls by voice and get the battery status and access
other features. According to my girlfriend, they have very good customer
support for blind customers. For instance, if you do not have sighted
helpon on hand, you can call one of their operators and have them
describe the keypad layout to you and create a contacts list for you.
