The two Flip Style phones that Consumer Cellular  offers are about $50 when
one signs up for service which has no contract.  You can obviously use other
phones, both Android and iOS with their service. They use aT&T as their
carrier but you pay   about half the 
 AT&T cost.  You can find  them in Target or call them.
