The Kasori Smart Air Fryer is the way to go I think.  I have never gotten it
to work with Alexa even though I have it setup to do so.  I use the VSync
app.  Interestingly, the recent update to the app has added more presets
that I will have to play around with one of these days.

completely blind. We are looking at getting one that is at least 5 and a
