[Electronics-Talk] Accessible Alarm Systems

Hi, 
Does anyone know of any alarm systems that are accessible? They can either be accessible with speech or through an iPhone app, as I do have an iPhone with voiceover. The same goes for cameras. I was also looking into those doorbell intercom‘s that have audio and cameras on them but wasn’t sure if any of them are accessible either. Do you have any security or alarm system related products you can recommend that are accessible?
