Someone I knew lived in a trailer the doctor was constantly telling her to move out because of the conductivity of the metal in her trailer do to the electrical devices she had. She did move out but not till 2 years later. He said what was emitted was harmful to her much like living under power lines causes health problems. Hey don't shoot the messenger, this is what I've heard from different people. She eventually died, whether it was her obstinate attitude or something else.

It might be improved because the metal roof would become part of the antenna.
