I thought it was the successor to the Smart Vision Two. Pam.

Not so fast. The Mini Vision 2 is the successor to the ill-fated Lucia
phone and is made by the same obscure, no-name overseas company. Many
blind consumers unwittingly purchased a Lucia phone not being aware of
the fact that it was 3G and thus not compatible with 4G and 5G networks,
and when their carriers upgraded their networks to 5G, their Lucia
phones no longer workd, after owning them for less than two years. And
reports on other lists suggest that the Mini Vision 2 may no longer work
with some carriers after 2022. It costs $310, and like with the Lucia,
the its US distributor offers minimal to nonexistent customer support.
Caveat emptor.
