[Electronics-Talk] Fire stick and Apple TV

Yes, I was going to ask about this. I may be wrong, but I think of a Fire Stick or an Apple TV as turning a dumb TV into a smart TV. You don't need either if you already have a smart TV, unless you're trying to expand your options.

Hi.

Slight correction, the HDMI port on your tv. It doesn't have to be smart, although a smart one might have speech and be easier to control. 
If you get a good enough fire stick, it can even change inputs on the tv for you.
