I failed to mention the Fire TV Cube.
If you already have a Smart TV, I would recommend the Amazon Fire TV Cube
because it is more advanced in its functionality. It will also accept
higher quality video albeit it may not be that useful to you.
If Budget is an issue, then obtain the newest model of the Amazon TV
Firestick that you can afford.

Good evening Dave and everyone,
In addition to the Apple TV Device there is an Apple TV Plus App for the
Amazon Fire Devices, and the Microsoft Xbox. I'm not sure about Roku and
Playstation. We have the Apple TV Plus App on our Fire TV Cube and our Xbox.
It works great with Amazon's VoiceView and Microsoft Narrator on the Xbox.
Hope this helps.

Tracy, You decide, in part based on what you want in terms of programming.
Apple TV has a bunch of programs it offers, and I think they are only
available via Apple TV.
The fire Stick, Roku etc., give you a way to access different program
streams, such as Netflix, Disney, Peacock etc. Also amazon. There is a lot
of spill over as you can access multiple services with different hardware,
or phone apps, or a computer. It all can be a little confusing!
