I'm having trouble finding small ones that have reasonable specs besides
the Asus Zenfone 9. Pixel 6A is smaller than the Galaxy but still a
couple of cm bigger than what you want. iPhone 13 mini is about your
size honestly. Unihertz on Amazon has a couple of small ones, Jelly2 and
Titan pocket which is a qwerty keyboard phone you might be semi
interested in. Watch out for software update availability though. Pixel
is going to win that every day, Zenfone 9 promises 2, no idea about the
Titan Pocket and Jelly 2. Samsungs do generally do just about the best
on software updates too, but I couldn't find any Galaxy A phones that
are modern and yet small.
