[Electronics-Talk] Fire stick and Apple TV

With all due respect, Peter, I think you still misunderstand me about the Apple TV app.

Let me explain. What I meant was this.
If you want to play Apple Music in Doe B Atmos, you cannot do so unless you have the Apple 4K TV connected to your Amazon fire TV or your sound bar or whatever TV you have. Yes, there is an Apple TV app for the Amazon fire TV. However, you cannot watch any of the extras that often come with movies bought through iTunes, and you cannot listen to music from Apple Music and Doe B Atmos with that app. I know what I’m talking about, because I have it on my fire TV.

No, you can watch movies in Doe B Atmos using the Apple TV app on your Amazon fire TV, or the fire TV cube. But this does not apply to Apple Music. Nor does it apply to any of the extras that come with mini movies purchased on iTunes. I know this is a matter of fact because Apple plainly says so, and I tried it myself.

Sincerely:
The constantly barefooted Ray
Still a very happy Mack Verizon wireless iPhone and Apple TV user

The issue seems to be that, with you, nobody bothered to try to tell you how to access it or that the Geeny box can actually give you voice guidance. Anyhow, I switched to an Apple TV 4K 64 GB because I wanted as much Dolby atmos for my sound bar as I could get and while it’s true that the other services like Fire TV cube and now fire TV directly support Dolby atmos through Disney plus, HBO max and netflix, (if you pay for their most expensive package) they don’t let you hear any Apple music in Dolby atmos the way that Apple TV does.
