[Electronics-Talk] talking alarm clock and radio

Hi all,

I'm aware of the smart speakers that can act as radios but you need stable internet for that.
Sometimes simple devices have benefits.
Can anyone suggest an accessible portable radio and alarm clock? I'd like one light weight like a pound or less so it can travel. The ones I looked at Independent Living aids did not have both features.

On the market now they still sell radio and clock combo machines. I'm hoping to find one that either talks or has bold numbers so I can see it with low vision. But, Most radios I've seen have displays with small numbers so they are not easily seen.
