Hi CCrane has several portable radio and Speak to me catalog has one.

I got a portable radio from Amazon and if you look up weathe radio all 
the functions are accessible and the one we have has an extendable 
antena, a large thumb wheel for selecting stations and a smaller one 
for the volume and on and off.

The switch on the right side has three positions.

They are are weather, am and fm. I do not remember the order of how the 
switch goes. The radio is around $10.00 or that price.
