[Electronics-Talk] simple audio software suitable for the blind

Dear listers,

I have a blind friend of mine that she isn't so computer skilled but
she needs an audio book software that is simple to use but it must
have the capability to remember the last position when it stop
reading, also it must be fully accessible with the NVDA screen reader.
can someone recommend something? please provideme with the necessary
links for the download software.
lastly freeware is preferred but if there is a very good software but
paid she might consider it.
