I haven't started using it myself, but my public library uses Overdrive, and there's even an option to check out Kindle and Audible books through Overdrive.

I used Hoopla until my library stopped using it.  At that time, it was accessible on my iPhone.  Why not try it, if your library has it and it's free?

I think my library started using it again now, so I should re-try it myself.

While I know about audible, I was looking for something a bit cheaper with a good selection of books particulary nonfiction things like biographies.

What apps do you suggest?

Perhaps Scribd? Hoopla from the public library?
