[Electronics-Talk] Two questions for blind chefs and culinary experts

I am totally blind and use the Proscenic T 21 air fryer. It is completely accessible with the app even though it is a touchscreen. It is an iPhone app, I don’t know if they have an android version of it. The food tastes great and takes much less time than a conventional oven and is just as good as a deep fat fryer.

Then you set the desired temperature and the timeand start the frier, does the final product taste like French Fries, or it has a strange taste for being cooked in hot air? I am very curious and want to learn more before I invest in one. Which brand do you have, and how accessible is it?
