It records all motion if configured to do so. It has configurable alerts 
and is able to just alert when a person is detected. It can do 
recordings without alerting. It also can take what's called snapshots, 
which help to capture what happens in between events motion alerts. This 
could help pick up activity on streets and whatnot. For sighted people, 
you can stop motion alerts or even motion recordings happening on the 
street, but it requires marking off the areas once the camera is placed 
using outlines on the app.
