Hi,

This is an easy one.
Micro to regular sd adapters are a dime a dozen.
Probably found in 3 seconds on amazon.

Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, the Victor Reader Stream New
Generation does not currently support Micro SD cards at the moment. My
apologies for any inconveniences for being the barer of bad news / luck to
you and your friend.

I have not seen a Micro SD card adapter myself, though I would assume it
would either plug into a USB cable or a slot for a Micro SD card and then
they would connect the Micro SD card to its slot in the adapter. I do know
for sure though that the Victor Stream only supports standard SD cards as I
own one.
